Who we help

Home ear wax removal that goes at your pace

For many people, getting to a clinic is difficult or overwhelming. Jackie brings professional micro suction to your home, with the patience and understanding that comes from over 25 years in care. Available for anyone aged 10 and over.

People we regularly support

Older people and limited mobility

No need to travel or sit in a waiting room. Jackie comes to you and works around what's comfortable for you in your own home.

Hearing aid users

Wax build-up is common with hearing aids and can stop them working well. Jackie can clear the wax so your hearing aids fit and work as they should.

Autism and additional support needs

Jackie has years of experience supporting autistic people and those with learning disabilities. She'll explain each step, go at a steady pace and pause whenever needed, including for the noise of the suction.

People living with dementia

Being treated at home, in familiar surroundings, can make a big difference. A family member or carer is welcome to be there throughout.

Mental health needs

A calm, unhurried visit with no pressure. Jackie's background in mental health care means she understands that appointments can feel daunting.

Care homes and supported living

Jackie can see several residents in one visit, with group rates from £50 per person.

Booking for someone else?

Many of our bookings come from family members

If you're arranging a visit for a parent, relative or someone you care for, just let us know a little about them when you get in touch. It helps Jackie make the visit as comfortable as possible:

• Any support needs or conditions Jackie should know about
• The best time of day for them
• Whether you'd like to be there during the visit
• If they wear hearing aids

Not sure if we can help?
