How it works

1. Get in touch and let us know roughly how many residents need to be seen.
2. Agree a date that works around your routines.
3. Jackie visits and sees each resident in turn, then lets staff know how each person got on.

Please let us know in advance about any resident who may need extra support, such as a familiar member of staff being present.
