I've spent over 25 years working in care, and I bring that same calm, patient approach to every ear wax removal visit. My aim is simple: professional ear care that feels comfortable, safe and easy, in your own home.
For me, it's never been just about removing earwax. It's about caring for people.
Throughout my 25+ years working in care, I have seen time and time again how people suffer in silence because they feel anxious, frightened or simply unable to attend medical appointments.
I've also witnessed the challenges faced by care homes when arranging appointments for residents. Mobility difficulties, transport arrangements and staffing pressures can turn a simple appointment into a stressful experience for everyone involved.
I knew there had to be a more comfortable, compassionate and personal way.
After spending so many years caring for others, I knew I wanted to build a business that would allow me to continue making a difference in people's lives.
That's why I started JC Micro Suction Ear Wax Removal.
By providing a fully mobile service, I can visit clients in the comfort, privacy and familiarity of their own homes, care homes or supported living environments.
Every client is an individual. Every client matters.
I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, kindness and patience.
I deliberately allow plenty of time between appointments because I never want anyone to feel rushed, uncomfortable or like they're just another appointment in my diary.
Some people need extra reassurance. Some need a little more time. Others simply appreciate a friendly face, a conversation and someone who genuinely listens.
And that's absolutely fine. Because care should always be centred around the person, not the clock.
With over 25 years of care experience and 3 years of ENT experience, I bring both professional knowledge and a genuine passion for helping others to every appointment.
Building this business has allowed me to continue doing what I love most: making a positive difference to people's lives, one appointment at a time.
